Documents listed by the CCM
The official section lists a signed and stamped request, technical sheet and publication filing certificate or final judgment. It specifies submission to the registry office and eight working days. Confirm arrangements before scheduling the shoot.
Validity and renewal
Article 35 of law 88.13 describes a renewable annual authorisation for qualifying online newspapers producing their own audiovisual work. Do not treat this as blanket permission for every company, commissioned production or location.
Prepare the reporting project
- Describe the outlet, subject, proposed dates and intended use of the footage.
- Gather the newspaper’s documents and compare them with the official section.
- Identify the people and locations to contact about access and logistics.
- Keep the file and receipt; confirm the permit’s scope before committing the crew.
Follow-up and changes
When following up, provide the reference, date and project title. If dates or scope change, ask the responsible service how to update the file. Production services and student projects have separate sections on the CCM website.
Frequently asked questions
Does a press card replace this permit?
It does not replace the CCM route described for an online newspaper. Check the process applicable to the production.
Does the stated processing time guarantee the shoot date?
No. Confirm receipt and completeness; an announced processing time is not an operational guarantee.
